Who we are
AIgent Automation (aigentautomation.com) provides websites and automated marketing to independent insurance agents. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us and information we receive while delivering our services.
Information we collect
When you request a kickoff call, we collect the information you enter: your name, agency name, email, phone number, states where you are licensed, current website, lines of business, preferred call time and plan and add-on selections. We also may collect basic technical information, such as your browser, device and pages visited. Browser storage remembers your plan selections when you return.
Your clients' information
After an agent becomes a customer, the agent may provide client names, email addresses, birth dates, policy dates and similar details. We process this information only on the agent's behalf and instructions to deliver the services the agent has requested, such as birthday and enrollment emails. We do not sell client information or use it for our own marketing. The agent is responsible for having permission to contact those clients and to provide their information to us.
How we use information
We use information to respond to signup requests, schedule kickoff calls, provide and improve our services, send service-related messages, handle billing and meet legal requirements.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing providers. When a customer buys advertising management, we may share campaign information with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google as needed to run those campaigns. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser storage to remember plan selections and may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and understand the site. In the future, we may use advertising pixels to measure our own ads. You can limit or remove cookies and similar storage through your browser settings; doing so may affect saved selections. You can also use your browser's privacy controls to limit tracking.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to respond to requests, provide services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes, then delete it when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@aigentautomation.com. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by emailing us. Service-related messages may still be necessary while you are a customer.
Children
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
