Agreement
By using aigentautomation.com or submitting a signup request, you agree to these terms. A signup request starts a conversation; it does not charge you. Please read these terms before choosing a plan.
Services
AIgent Automation offers website design, hosting and maintenance, automated email campaigns and optional Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising management, as described in the plan and add-ons you choose. We will confirm your services and pricing with you during onboarding.
Pricing and billing
Each plan has a setup fee and monthly fee shown when you choose it. We do not charge you until you approve your site design. Founding-member monthly rates stay locked for as long as you remain continuously subscribed; prices for new customers may change. Ad budgets are separate from our fees.
Term and cancellation
If you choose the 12-month option, we waive setup fees in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Otherwise, service is month to month and you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Plans that include Facebook or Instagram ads have a 6-month minimum. After any minimum term, service continues month to month unless canceled with 30 days' written notice.
Advertising
You pay ad spend directly to the advertising platforms; it is not included in our fees. We cannot guarantee that an ad will be approved or that it will produce a particular number of leads or any particular result.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to your insurance marketing, including CMS Medicare marketing guidelines, state Department of Insurance rules, carrier requirements, CAN-SPAM and TCPA. You must review and approve your website and campaign content before it goes live. You must also have permission to contact any clients whose information you provide to us.
Ownership and handoff
You own your domain, content and client list. On cancellation, we will provide your website files and client data on request.
No insurance, legal or compliance advice
We provide marketing services. Nothing on this site or in our services is insurance, legal or compliance advice. You and your own advisers are responsible for deciding whether your marketing meets the rules that apply to you.
No guarantee and liability
We do not guarantee business results. Services are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.
Indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to protect AIgent Automation from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you provide or your failure to comply with applicable insurance marketing and contact rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date. Changes will not retroactively change your agreed plan pricing or minimum term. If you keep using the site or services after the updated terms take effect, the updated terms will apply to that use.
